This award followed our West Lakes project in Adelaide winning the 1992 inaugural Prix d'Excellence for the best Development in the World. Another award of note was for Delfin’s West Lakes community in Adelaide, which took home the 1992 inaugural Prix D’Excellence for the Best Development in the World.
