studentsChanges to the way we live, work and play have inspired Delfin to take an innovative approach to education. We believe that every person, not just children, will need ongoing access to a full range of quality education and training services.

Living and learning together

Delfin’s focus is on delivering learning as and when needed, for anyone. That includes groups such as business, community organisations, people wanting new skills, older people, people seeking advancement, and the unemployed.

A community of knowledge
Delfin understands that the places we create around Australia must have outstanding education services if they are to become an enduring success. We achieve this through the development of communities based on:
The creation of learning partnerships between private and public education providers, business and community organisations
The implementation of a ‘fine grain’ learning model which maximises the full range of learning opportunities that exist in the community
The optimal use of new information and communication technologies to amplify, extend and transform the nature of learning
The creation of a learning culture which continues to improve our communities

Delfin’s legacy of learning

Here are just some of the educational institutes Delfin has been instrumental in bringing to life:
The Mawson Centre, a community and educational facility for Mawson Lakes School, including shared library, computer barn and meeting spaces.
The shared campus model of education facilities at the Golden Grove secondary schools complex including shared facilities such as the Golden Grove Art & Recreation Centre (1984 - 2003)
The Brookside Campus, Caroline Springs College, the Town Centre learning precinct and the University of Ballarat outreach services at Caroline Springs (1997 - 2005)
Varsity Lakes College at Varsity Lakes (2000 - 2005)
The Malcolm Creek Learning Centre including the Craigieburn School (2000 - 2006)
